I’m pathetic and I can get scared easily.

I walk through the door to the living room on the first floor.

As usual, I am greeted by Usa and Kuuhi.
「Good morning. It’s a little cloudy today.」

Usa’s words, which are a little bit sad, brought a smile to my face.
It soothes my mood which had been on a downward spiral.

I pointed at the sky outside the window.
Usa repeated the words several times in her mouth and then looked at the sky.
Kuuhi looks at the breakfast laid out on the table as if satisfying his hunger is more important than learning a new word.
「Usa, let’s eat breakfast. One eyes, prepare it for us.」
I head to the table where our food is being prepared.
Looking around the room, I see the usual scene.
Flying Lizard is lying down right next to the egg.
The two little angels are happily eating the bread given to them by the one eyes.
Those kids really like bread, don’t they?

After finishing our meal, we took a quick break on the wood deck.
While there, I check the last location.
Given the images I could see, this is the furthest we have ever gone.
It looks like we will be running a lot in the forest again today.
「All right, let’s go. Hnn? Marshmallow will come with me today? Kurou and the others too. Please take care of me today.」
Come to think of it, before I knew it, Marshmallow could now live in a place without snow.
Does that mean he’s grown up?
Well, it’s nice that he’s no longer restricted, isn’t it?
「We’re going pretty far away from home today so hang in there, okay?」

The monster core shone softly and flew into the forest.

I forgot to correct my imagination.
The speed at which the monster core flies is quite fast so I usually make a slight correction to slow it down.
I see the monster core flying away but it’s getting farther and farther away.
I guess I’ll just have to run faster….

I tried my best to speed up but I couldn’t catch up at all.
If I’m not careful, I’ll lose it immediately.

I see the flying stone in front of me slowing down.
Apparently, we are now at the location.
We’ve run quite a distance.

It seems to be the destination.
It was the big stone I’d seen in the surveillance.

The monster core stopped and fell to the ground.
I pick it up and gently wipe it away.

I put the stone in my bag and looked at the big stone.

I feel divine power from the stone.
For some reason, this is the only place that did not even conceal its power.
