The welcome party has been going on for an hour.

I look out over the courtyard from the wood deck.
Before my eyes are a group of drunks.
While some of them were in a good mood, others were comparing their strength and boasting about their prey.
Maa, this is the first time the beastkins have joined us.
I told them earlier “Drink quietly today.” but of course, they’ve already forgotten about it since they are drunk.
「However, they have to get use to this.」
Today’s welcome party is special but there’s a drinking party once a week.
Yeah, they will see what’s happening today not just for today but once a week.
It’s best for them to get used to it.

I tried telling them but the teachers refused saying “We’re afraid we can’t”.

A fire pillar rose furiously at the direction Dadavis was pointing.
The fire pillar today is as powerful as ever.
「I-is something happening?」
I saw Dadavis’ body trembling.
「It’s okay. There’s a barrier so there won’t be any damage.」
On days when they will drink, I put up twice as many barriers as there are during training.
They can be a little less when they are training but once they’re drunk, there’s now way “less” is still okay.
「Those are……fenrirs? I think some of them are unhappy with the results of the hunting competition. It’s just a little skirmish, nothing to worry about.」
The fenrirs take pride in hunting and they usually fight over who hunted the biggest and strongest monsters for the week. They fought over numbers before but I had to stop them because too many monsters piled up in the yard.
They wanted to compete, and I want them to do so other than number.
However, the size and power of monsters differed slightly making it difficult to reach a conclusion that satisfies everyone.
Thus, one out of two times in a drinking party, there would be a pillar of fire like what’s currently happening. Sometimes, the ground would even cave in.
Even so, I let them be since they know the limit.
「You call that little skirmish?」
Nuff, the female knight sitting next to Dadavis, stares at the newly risen pillar of fire with eyes wide open.
Nuff is a bird beastkin.
Bird beastkins only have feathers on their ears so they don’t look like beastkins at first glance.
When I asked her if she had wings, she said they already had degenerated.
A pity.
Her not so beastkin like appearance aside, it seems like their kinds can see farther than any other beastkins.
However, she said they’re not so good at night.

While I was watching the fire pillars of the fenrirs, I felt a vibration from somewhere else.
I looked over and saw that part of the courtyard was scorched.
Is it Boss-san? Or Shuri?
I wonder which one did it first today?

From what I’m seeing, the sake and food have already been moved to a safe place by the spiders and ants.
Boss-san and Shuri’s children were trained by the one eyes so they are great at escaping.
And they have good characters too. Drinking sake with their parents.
「Ano, is that okay?」
Kimir points to Boss-san and Shuri, who have started a scuffle.
There seems to be a lot of excitement around the two.
They definitely bet on something.
「It’s okay. If it gets dangerous, the others will stop them. Other than that, everything’s fine.」

Bosua, who’s sitting next to Nuff, nodded.
He is a bear beastkin with cute ears.
Bears are big and I imagine them being scary but for some reason, Bosua is cute.

However, his face is still very stern.
Even so, since I was used to seeing Koa and the others, the bearlike Bosua looked cute to me.

Before my eyes, I see the water dragon Fluffy and the wind dragon Light Blue.
Near them is the fire dragon Fluff Ball laughing hysterically.
I don’t know what happened but I felt that Fluffy and Light Blue were having a magic power contest.
The two of them seem to be quite drunk given that they’re not perfectly controlling their magic powers.
「Aren’t they doing something a little dangerous? If they keep going like that, an explosion might occur, engulfing the surrounding area.」
I sipped from the cup I’m holding.
The wine is refreshing and goes well with the deep-fried potatoes.

The beastkins looked at me with surprised expressions.
「Hnn? Sorry. Did I scare you? Though it looks like everything’s fine now.」
After I said that, the beastkins turned their gazes to Fluffy’s group again.
A one eye showed up and touched Fluffy and Light Blue making them tremble.
「The one eye used a magic stone to suck the accumulated magic powers. It seems like they have sobered up because of it. They look like they calmed down.」
Fluffy and Light Blue looked around in surprise.
「They sobered up alright.」
The next moment, the two of them tried to fly.
However, neither Fluffy nor Light Blue managed to do so.

At the corner of my eye, I can see the one eye holding Fluffy and Light Blue on their tails.
I guess a long sermon is about to begin.

A sighing Flying Lizard comes to my side.

I gave the permission to come but we never talked about anything else.

Dadavis froze while looking at something.
I followed his gaze to check what he was looking at but….everyone’s moving so I couldn’t tell.

In white?
Only gods wear white in this place though.
I don’t think there’s any god here.
「Your lordship, it’s a little hard to see because Marshmallow’s there but, that one near the place where Evil God Oaju is is Goddess Aion, I think.」
Hearing what Flying Lizard said, I looked at that place.

Marshmallow is in the way but Goddess Aion is indeed there.

I looked at Dadavis and saw that the beastkins around him were all staring at Goddess Aion.
「The one in white is Goddess Aion. She’s a goddess. On the other side, the one in black is Evil God Oaju. He’s an evil god.」

When I looked at the beastkins, the teachers already fainted.
