I went out to the downtown area in search of food… but someone was following me.
It happened after I went to watch the demonstration.
I’m good at hiding my presence as a Variant, and I was very careful at the scene, but they were clearly following me.
It’s a group of humans who are following me.
It’s suspicious whether they’re a decent human if they manage to notice me and start following me.
They must have anticipated that I would show up at the demonstration.
If so, it means that I’ve become pretty famous.
And it seems like they haven’t forgotten about me either.

Anyway, there are two humans who are following me.
Why haven’t they made a move yet?
Are they waiting for confirmation that I’m the Boogeyman?
Or do they have some intention of looking for my headquarters?
For now, I’ll refrain from “eating” and think about a plan first…
Even if they are mere humans, they have the advantage of numbers.
No, I’ve heard stories of a human who is abnormally strong recently, and he is called “Nanba Kazu”.
Allegedly, they killed many powerful Variants.
Could it be that the one following me is Nanba Kazu?
If so, it’s troublesome.
Just because I had an eye-catching meal, why should my life be at risk?
I don’t mind standing out, but I do mind being killed.

What started as a little game of tag with humans continued even as the night had passed and the sun had set.
I’m starting to get bored.
However, with the two humans who are keeping a certain distance from me no matter what, I can’t afford to make any mistakes.
Nanba Kazu seems to be more than just a rumor.
They sometimes have a moment when they go from two to one.
Apparently, it is to buy food.
I was getting hungry, too, but I was suddenly concerned about the girl I had left at the mansion.
I locked her in her room, but I didn’t leave any food there.
