V2 Characters 2

Character Introduction 2

Halfren von Univance

The second prince of the Univance Kingdom, age 23. Also holds the rank of general. Currently the captain of the royal guard.

Second in line for the throne. If you ever see a different position listed, please report it to the author immediately.

A muscle-bound, athletic-type macho prince. Golden hair and blue eyes, taking strongly after his father, but his facial features are far from unattractive.

From other countries, he is feared as “one corner of Univance’ twin walls, the Executioner Halfren.”

Within the kingdom, he’s dreaded as the “ruthless Executor.”

He usually acts like he couldn’t care less, but the places where he truly gets serious are the battlefield… and the bedroom, apparently.

After reaching adulthood at 15, he served in the military while also leading the king’s personal spy network, fighting in the shadows against those who threatened the royal family. In terms of individual combat ability, he actually ranks just behind Noie.

His head isn’t bad at all, but he absolutely hates numbers, so he’s terrible with paperwork.

He has five concubines and is currently touring the kingdom in search of a legal wife. No, really, he’s seriously doing his job too, okay?

He’s childhood friends with Frea and Mische, who appear later, but strictly speaking… it’s a little? Quite a bit? Different from that. The details will come out in the main story eventually.

In terms of who he met first, it was Frea, but in terms of who became his subordinate first, it was Mische.

He actually regretted quite a lot placing the poison in front of Argusta… but seeing his reborn little brother turn into a splendid, carefree idiot has secretly put his mind at ease.

That’s why he indulges every time Arg comes at him playfully.

He’s actually very capable… it’s just his usual attitude that hides it. He’s bound to have a big moment someday. Probably. Definitely.

Frea von Crostpurge

The talented young lady of the greater noble Crostpurge family, age 20. I think this is actually the first time her age has been mentioned?

She has a cute-type face, with long golden hair and blue eyes. In fact, she’s a little shorter than Noie.

As for her chest… it’s not flat. She has proper curves.

The Crostpurge family is famous for its matrilineal line, producing mostly daughters. Her father, desperate for a son, fathered 17 children between his legal wife, concubines, and mistresses.

But the ratio was… roughly 1:5. Three sons against fourteen daughters.

She is the fifth daughter. Above her are four older sisters and one older brother. The rest are younger sisters and brothers, and the number might increase in the future.

Normally she handles miscellaneous tasks, paperwork, and acts as a teacher figure, showing off her jack-of-all-trades misfortune, but she’s actually quite an excellent mage too. It’s just not widely known because she only uses it at the standby post.

As you know, her magic is enhancement-type.

Her relationship with Halfren… as mentioned in the story, she was once a candidate for his legal wife. In fact, many around them saw her as the frontrunner.

But now it’s strictly childhood friends and superior-subordinate. The details… I’ll probably write them? Maybe?

In the overall airheaded Noie squad, she’s supposed to be the straight man, but every once in a while she derails and turns into the comedian herself.

Her fiancé, who hasn’t even been named yet, does exist. He’s supposed to appear… probably after episode 100 or so.

Mische

Um… she’s technically from a lesser noble family, so formally she should be introduced as “○○ von ○○” with the full house name.

It’s not that I haven’t thought of it… it’s just that the name is kind of a one-off gag that’ll come up eventually, so please look forward to it.

A petite, flat-chested 23-year-old with distinctive wavy blue hair. Everyone’s beloved leftover spinster.

In this world, once a woman passes 18, people start whispering behind her back, and after 20, she officially gets slapped with the “unsold” label.

Originally, she was assigned as Noie’s instructor (though in reality, Frea did most of the teaching), but with Argusta’s arrival, she returned to her proper duties as a knight.

What does she usually do these days…? Mostly just playing around with horses.

The details of her encounter with Halfren will be written eventually, but basically, she met him back when he was still a wild kid… and because of their shared love of horses, he made her a knight apprentice.

She’s the kind of lovable idiot who acts like an idiot all the time, and since she’s genuinely an idiot, she stays that way.

But from the author’s perspective, she’s a super valuable character because whenever she appears, the line count fills up without me having to think too hard.

More detailed character settings for her, along with Frea, will come again sometime later.

Lutte

The knight apprentice in Noie’s squad who boasts the most impressive bust.

A genuine 14-year-old, but because of her remarkable height and chest development, nobody believes her age. The type who always gets stopped by staff when trying to sneak in with a child’s ticket at the theater.

She was supposed to be a cheerful, big-breasted character with blue bob-cut hair… but in a way, she might actually be the most level-headed one of the group?

Raised by her hunter father, she spent her days diligently practicing archery. Then one day, an envoy from the kingdom arrived and whisked her off to the capital.

The story of how Lutte’s blessing was discovered… I’ll write it properly someday. The explanation of “Heavenly Eye” will come then too.

Normally she stays inside the hut, monitoring Noie’s and the rest of the kingdom army’s situations.

When she uses her blessing, it causes extreme sweating. If she keeps her clothes on, she gets terrible heat rash, especially under her breasts and other areas. That’s why she strips down to let the sweat flow freely while using her blessing, which is why she stays cooped up in the hut.

Anyone who tries to peek will definitely be spotted by her blessing… and then subjected to the hellish punishment Frea devised.

It’s simple: reinforcement magic is cast on them, they’re tied up with rope, and thrown into a bonfire. They endure body-searing heat until the rope burns through, but not a single burn mark appears on their skin. A few people have had their minds burned out instead, apparently.

Her worried parents came with her to the capital, but they’re overwhelmed by city life and rarely leave the house… Recently, though, on the recommendation of a certain wealthy upstart noble, they’ve started taking on bow maintenance and repair work for the military from home.

They’re secretly working hard, saving up bit by bit in hopes of building a marriage fund for their daughter.

Well, Lutte herself doesn’t appear much, so there isn’t a lot to say about her.

If the mood strikes me, I might write a more detailed version someday?
