「Tomorrow I am going to see the guild master, so Kainzel-san, please move to the outer perimeter」
I told them this during the end-of-day meeting.
「Are you going alone?」
「Yes. Bringing those two along would not really help. Is there a problem?」
「No, not exactly. But if you are going into town, it would be better to take someone with you. In terms of danger, the town is more dangerous」
Ah, that is true. You cannot sense human malice, and thinking about safety, going alone would be risky.
「Then I will take Bisha with me. It would be good to let her meet the guild master too」
If I am bringing a beastkin into the party, showing that beastkin in person will make things more convincing. I will take Bisha, since she is calmer.
「That makes sense. But before going to the Adventurers’ Guild, you should show Bisha around the town. She needs to get used to lots of humans. I will have Mebi get used to the town instead」
I am really grateful to have an elder of this world around. That was something I would not have thought of myself.
We adopted Kainzel-san’s suggestion and decided to spend an entire day on preparations and the meeting with the guild master.
In the morning, after finishing the meeting, Bisha and I headed to the city. Kainzel-san, Ladarion, and Mebi went toward the town of Misrim.
「Are we walking?」
「Yeah. We are going to explore the city. The Pioneer would just get in the way」
I am not sure if it counts as a trick, but there are no restrictions on where tools can be stored or taken out. You can choose the location freely. Of course, it depends on the item and the place, but this time we will go on foot. If I made the Pioneer disappear in the middle of the city, it would cause a huge commotion.
Even the ten-kilometer distance no longer feels like much. We left at eight in the morning and arrived just before nine. That was despite exterminating five goblins along the way.

Her sense of smell is sharp, even if not as sharp as Ladarion’s. If it feels bad even to me, it must be unbearable for Bisha.
Even if it was only a small comfort, it was better than nothing, so I had her wear a deodorizing mask. I also had her put on a hood to hide her dog ears.

I do not know the layout of the city either, and trying to find Bisha in this crowd would be impossible. If you get lost, make your way back to Lasagna Village on your own.

Remembering names properly really shows what a good merchant he is.
He pulled out a fairly impressive axe from the back. Is this one of those situations where I have to buy it?

「Twelve silver coins. It was forged by our master craftsman, and the handle is made from kakanoka wood. In the royal capital, it would sell for twenty silver」
He let me hold it to check it out. Yeah. I have no idea.

「I will take it. Also, could I ask for five swords that adventurers would use? Two of them should be suitable for women if possible」
Just in case monsters attack, I will buy them so the giants can use them for defense. Coming back to find our house gone would be depressing.

After buying the swords adventurers would use and transporting them to the Sefuti Home, Gaz-san was shocked. I brushed it off by saying it was magic only goblin exterminators could use. If anything, spreading ridiculous rumors would make the truth harder to find.
「By the way, do you sell throwing knives?」
「Throwing knives?」
Huh? Do they not have those? I pulled out the throwing knife hidden in my boot and showed it to Gaz-san.
「They are knives you throw in emergencies. You need a lot of practice before you can really use them, though」
Even I only managed to hit something from about three meters away after training. Not exactly where I aimed, but still.
「What is this? It looks like a work of art. Which master craftsman made it?」
It was probably made with machine tools. It cost about two thousand yen.
「I bought it from a place only goblin exterminators can access, so I do not know who made it. Please use this as a reference」
I handed Gaz-san one gold coin, along with the throwing knife as a sample.
「There is no rush, so take your time making it. Also, that knife has a disappearance spell on it and will vanish in fifteen days. So do not worry when it disappears」

「I am not asking for anything that impressive. Just focus on making it easy to throw. Well then, see you」
