「『Dungeon Menu』」
After seeing Nana-san and Mikoto-san off, I returned to my room and opened the Dungeon Menu.
I need to make sure I do not miss the message that will be sent through the Dungeon Menu, commonly known as 『D-Mail』.
「But keeping this open in front of me the whole time is a bit rough…」
Having it constantly in my field of vision and following me everywhere is quite annoying.
Since I do not know when the village tour for Mikoto-san will end, this could continue for several hours. That would be a bit much.
「…I wonder if I can stick this onto a wall or something」
It would be nice if I could just fix it onto the wall of my room, but surely that is――――oh.

Just to try it, I pressed the Dungeon Menu against the wall with my hand, and it firmly fixed itself in place.
Even when I look away, the menu no longer follows my vision, and when I look back, it remains properly attached to the wall.

I usually use the smartphone-sized menu, but I want something larger so it is easier to see from a distance.
So I reopened the menu once more and fixed it to the wall again. This time it became a massive Dungeon Menu, roughly two meters in both height and width.
「This kind of feels like a home theater setup… It would be nice if I could watch movies on this」
Well, putting that aside, I only need the dungeon name section this time. I wonder if I can adjust it a bit better…

I tried setting up a wide, giant menu on the wall that displays only the dungeon name.
「And if I touch the dungeon name――yeah, looks good」
When I touched the displayed dungeon name, the menu smoothly extended downward, and a keyboard appeared for typing text.
Touching the dungeon name again makes the keyboard retract.
「Perfect. …Seriously, the level of freedom here is incredible」
If I picture it clearly in my head when summoning the menu, it appears more or less exactly as I imagine it.
Until now, I had only adjusted the size a little, but I never expected it could be customized this freely…
I wonder if this was always possible. Or is it something I can do now because I have grown as a Dungeon Master?
「…Anyway, I think I managed to make a pretty good menu for now. Looks good, right?」
「Kii」
「I see, I see」
While working on it, I casually summoned Friedrich-kun, the giant rat.
Recently, Friedrich-kun has often been taken away by Nana-san, but she is currently guiding Mikoto-san around the village. That means today I get Friedrich-kun all to myself.
I had been a little worried he might grow more attached to Nana-san than to me. I should raise our friendship level as much as possible while I have the chance.
「Now then, since the menu is set up successfully, maybe I should do something else――」
「Kii」
「Hm?」
Friedrich-kun called out to me, and when I turned to see what was wrong――the dungeon name had changed.
It seems a D-Mail from Nana-san had already arrived.
The new dungeon name read――
『Jisrare Clinic Secured Dungeon』
「Secured, huh…」
It probably just means they finished greeting Jisrare-san, but secured sounds a bit intense…
Well, I guess I will reply with 『Good work completing the mission』 for now…
As soon as I sent that reply――
『Next we will secure Fleur Construction Company Dungeon』
Another message arrived immediately.
Nana-san types fast… For now, I will reply with something like 『Wishing you success』.
「Alright, then while we wait for the next message, shall we do something, Friedrich-kun?」
「Kii」
「Ah, really?」
When I invited Friedrich-kun to play, he looked toward the woodworking tools I had left out on the table――
『Were you not in the middle of working? I will watch the menu for you, so perhaps Alexis-sama should continue with that instead?』
――or at least, that is what he seemed to be saying.
As expected of Friedrich-kun, who knows how to read the room.
It also made me wonder just how much meaning could possibly be packed into a single 『Kii』, but still, impressive as always.

That aside, while I am working on the cola can, it feels a bit unfair to have Friedrich-kun do nothing but check the mail the whole time.
It would be nice if he had something else to enjoy too…

「The wording sounds kind of intense…」
The phrasing is rather alarming, but it probably just means they finished greeting Fleur-san and are heading to Jered-papa’s shop next.
「Alright, let me send a reply. …Hm? Ah, I see」

「Hmm, even though I set this up so I could check it from far away, I still have to walk up to the menu to reply」
That is a slightly disappointing limitation.
Maybe I can split the Dungeon Menu? I have occasionally seen Nana-san use the menu and keyboard separately. I wonder if I can do that too.
If I could split it into two parts, placing the menu on the wall and keeping the keyboard near me, I would not have to move around――

「Eh? You will type for me instead, Friedrich-kun?」
While I was lazily thinking through different solutions, Friedrich-kun made that suggestion.
「Um, you can type?」
「Kii」
「Really? Then maybe I will let you try. …Wait, actually, can you even see the menu in the first place, Friedrich-kun?」

「You can see it…」
Well, that makes sense. He has informed me about incoming messages many times before, so of course he must be able to see it.
Still, I had assumed the Dungeon Menu was something only Nana-san and I could see, but Friedrich-kun can see it too…
I do not really understand the logic, but maybe it is because he is my summoned creature? If that is the case, then maybe Mikoto-san can see it as well?
「Hmm. Alright then, Friedrich-kun…………hm?」
Just as I was about to ask Friedrich-kun to reply to the message, the text had already changed.
According to the newly arrived message――
『We were thrown out of Jerepapa’s home center Dungeon』
「What is Nana-san even doing…」
Something like this happened before during the 『combat soil』 incident too… She got thrown out again…
It really seems like Nana-san and Jered Papa do not get along very well. They end up causing trouble together quite often.

When I told him that, Friedrich-kun set down the hula hoop he had been spinning and headed toward the menu.
He reached out, summoned the keyboard, and began tapping in the letters one by one.
He really can type. More importantly, Friedrich-kun is incredibly smart…

And once again, Friedrich-kun tapped away at the keyboard.
I had been thinking about splitting the menu myself, but… Friedrich-kun looks like he is enjoying this, so maybe I will just let him keep handling the typing for now.
And so, when Friedrich-kun sent the reply, another message immediately arrived――
『Shall we have Mikoto-onee-sama appraised question mark Dungeon』
「Appraisal…?」
That is… what should we do about that? Hm, what do I do? That is actually a tough one…
「What do you think we should do, Friedrich-kun?」
「Ki!?」
He looked startled. Well, fair enough. That is a difficult question. I ended up asking him to make quite a heavy decision.
Still, what should we do… Would something like a god or a summoned creature be exposed through appraisal? It would be a bit of a problem if everything were suddenly revealed here…
That said, part of me does want to eventually have Mikoto-san appraised as well…

「Yeah. Let’s keep doing our best like this today. We will send advice to Nana-san and Mikoto-san while supporting them from behind the scenes」

Just as Friedrich-kun and I finished reaffirming our resolve, it seemed a problem had occurred that neither of us could possibly solve right now.
A new message arrived from Nana-san, and its contents were――
『Raliaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Dungeon』

Apparently, Nana-san and Mikoto-san had encountered something and fallen into some kind of predicament.
The desperate attempt to convey an urgent crisis was displayed in huge letters across the wall.
Still, this is… how should I put it…
