In the afternoon, Dyne-san arrived with a line of wagons.
「You brought quite a lot」
Four wagons. What on earth did you bring so much of?
「Yes. I was thinking of setting up a branch here. That is the cargo」
A branch? You were a traveling merchant without a shop, right? Were you secretly holding onto all this?
「Actually, the profits from Rydand allowed me to open a shop in the town of Misrim. It is a small shop, though」
Can salt really make that much money? That was basically a public duty job, was it not? Would there not be a fixed budget? I do not really know.
Well, this man is like an operative for Koraus. He was probably ordered to stay nearby to keep an eye on me.
「From our side, having someone who can procure various goods is greatly appreciated. Just make sure you prepare the branch on your own」
「Of course. I want to have a good business relationship with you, Takato-san」

If I could, I would have refused too. But to establish and run a guild, you need someone with that level of intensity. Well, if she ever gets out of hand, I can just summon the Guild Master. He seemed to have her well under control.

You would think they would prefer whisky or wine based on appearances, yet they favor sake. I wonder what is going on with the palates of people in this other world.

I put out the sake I was familiar with, but maybe I should separate them into ginjo, daiginjo, and junmai. The price would go up, but if they were truly obsessed, they would buy without complaining.
「There are so many kinds」
「Yes. I am not that knowledgeable myself, but it seems the ingredients and processes are different. I think it would be good to compare them」

At the very least, I wish the optional items were not bound by the fifteen-day limit. It is such a hassle making sure a full pallet of 5.56 mm rounds, magazines included, does not disappear.

The main customers would be the towns anyway, and with frequent deliveries, the fifteen-day limit would not be too troublesome.
I received thirty silver coins and returned to the manor.
「Takato-san. No, Master. A messenger just arrived from the town of Rihar, asking you to hunt Maanu again」
As soon as I entered the manor, one of the staff said that to me. Am I being called Master now?
「Is this a request from Branch Head Mizuho-san?」
I asked while looking at the adventurer who was likely the messenger.

He did not seem to have brought anything to prove it, but the Goblin Extermination Guild is a subordinate organization of the Adventurers’ Guild. If they call, I will gladly respond.
「Understood. I will go at once. Please call Kainzel-san」
I had the staff summon him, conveyed Mizuho-san’s request, and decided to have him head out with Bisha and Mebi. I still had things to take care of.
「If it looks like it will take time, please stay in the town of Rihar. Even if it is a hassle, report any expenses to the staff later. We will cover them as travel expenses」
「Organizing things has its pros and cons」

We can no longer run things on rough estimates like before. We have to pay the people supporting us, after all. We need to make sure no complaints arise.
「Ah, if there are any magic stones, please bring them back. We will use them as operating funds」
The life magic stones taken from goblins can be sold to the church. The amount donated will be added to the price of the magic stones and returned.
「Got it. Bisha, Mebi, let’s go」
「Yeah! I hope there are lots of them!」
「We are off!」
My contracted members are full of motivation, which is good to see.
「Takato-san. The foreman would like to speak with you about the dormitory」
I need to finish up things at the manor quickly and get started on the large-scale goblin extermination operation.
